SurveySavvy: Scam or Great Opportunity?

Posted on by

With the vast number of survey scams that can be found online, many people hesitate about joining SurveySavvy. Fortunately, SurveySavvy is a legitimate website that can provide users with opportunities to earn cash and other rewards. However, some problems with this site have been noted, and by better understanding this program you can make an informed decision about whether it is a good opportunity for you.

About SurveySavvy

SurveySavvy is backed by the marketing research firm Luth Research, LLC, which is based in San Diego, CA. This company has been helping manufacturers and companies to conduct studies in market research since 1999. It is available in close to 200 countries, and is one of the largest companies in market research worldwide.

Online Surveys

Once you complete the free registration on SurveySavvy, you will be asked to complete a member profile. This information is used to target demographic groups that are established by the website’s clients. When the survey’s criteria matches your profile, you will be invited to participate via email. An in-depth screening is required, and if you pass this portion and the survey body, your account will be credited the amount that is mentioned in the survey invitation.

SurveySavvy does not guarantee the number of surveys that you will be allowed to participate in, as this is based on your demographics and what the client is looking for. The amount of invitations that you receive will vary, but some members estimate that they receive 56-57 survey invites each month.

Payment

After you have accumulated at least $1.00 in incentives, you will have the ability to request payment. Under the Account section, select the “Request Payment” option. Your payment will then be sent to you in U.S. dollars via check to the residence address that is included in your file.

Benefits of SurveySavvy

Most members that use SurveySavvy find the site to be promising, and a variety of benefits can be noted.

Simple site design and layout. The website is built for professionalism, and it doesn't include advertisements. It appears to be more of a marketing site than a survey website.

Ability to earn money simply and easily. By simply answering the weekly survey you can earn $10-$35 per survey, depending on how long the survey is.

Earnings through referrals. When you refer people to SurveySavvy, you earn 15% of what they earn when completing surveys.

SurveySavvy Problems

While SurveySavvy is a reputable site, it is not without its faults. Some members have complained about the number of surveys they receive with this site, as sometimes days will pass without receiving a survey. You should not expect SurveySavvy to become your sole source of income, but it can be a nice way to earn a little extra cash.

Additionally, some members have identified issues with the length of surveys and cashing out. Some of the surveys offered by this site are monotonous and rather boring. If you don’t want to spend a lot of time completing surveys, this site is not for you. In terms of cashing out you need to also be patient, as this will often take 5-8 weeks for the process to be completed.

Despite some of the problems that SurveySavvy members have encountered, this is a legitimate website, and its parent company has received a standout rating with the Better Business Bureau. If you are looking for a simple way to earn money completing surveys, SurveySavvy may be the site for you.
