I was having a problem with getting paid by Surveyhead (it had been over 2 months since I requested payment in Paypal). I contacted GetPaidSurveys.com and I was paid within a week. Shortly after this, I had another problem where my profiles went missing and I had no surveys available to me. Surveyhead responded back in a week (in the past it may have taken them months). For some reason my dashboard had been turned off. Now I am receiving surveys again. It appears that GetPaidSurvey's efforts have turned Surveyhead's support staff 180 degrees in the right direction.
