I joined this survey panel a year ago, and in that time I have earned and redeemed $40, all redeemed as actual cash. They recently added the option to also redeem points for vouchers good for a variety of gift cards at different places, such as Amazon.com. You have to have $5.00 worth of points to cash out.

One other good thing- when I signed up, the screener surveys that I had to take all awarded points, so I was able to redeem for cash nearly immediately.

I receive very few surveys from this company, but the ones I do receive are generally worthwhile. I qualify for roughly half to two-thirds of those sent to me. I have also participated in a few product tests, where they mailed me a product to test, then had to do a follow-up survey to evaluate what I thought, and I enjoyed those.

However, they have definitely tapered off the number of surveys they have sent to me over the last few months. Initially, I was getting a decent number of surveys, but that has dropped off so that I only received one in the entire month of September. I do not know why that is, other than perhaps I am not in their target demographic at the moment.

The amount of points given per survey varies greatly. (1,000 points = $1.00) I have completed surveys worth $1.45 and $6.50, but most are only $0.50 or $.75. If you disqualify from a survey, you are still rewarded $0.10, so you get at least something for your time.

In addition, the company sends out periodic “news” emails, and sometimes those have links to click to have your account credited with bonus points (for instance, I had an email in August that awarded 100 points ($0.10) if I clicked the link in the email. I believe, though I cannot remember for sure, that I also got an email in my birthday month with the same sort of thing.

You do not have to log in to check if you have surveys, although you can if you wish to, and I do, infrequently. The company will email you when a survey is available.

Summary: Not the best or most profitable site out there, but a slow but steady source of income. They don’t waste your time, and the points will eventually add up to cash out levels.

I absolutely LOVE Synovate Survey Panel. The surveys are always pertaining to me, they’re not too long and drawn out or boring. The incentives are great and the payout is quick. I am so glad that I joined this panel. Thank you for the opportunity!!

I have been a member of this panel for a few years. I have been very pleased with them never had a problem. I was away for awhile not doing my suveys for personal reasons. They contacted me by email to find out what was going on. As I explained they responded and were very understanding. I have been back a few months and I am very happy to return.

I joined Synovate a couple short months ago. Already I have received one five dollar check, and two huge bags of dry cat food, a box of wet cat food, toothpaste….I could go on and on. I don’t receive invites as often as I would like, but the ones I do I tend to qualify for. Plus the freebies are amazing! Once you are done with the items sent for review, you can do with them as you’d like. After finishing the cat food requirements, I had plenty left over for the outdoor cats in my neighborhood I help feed daily. The first five dollars I earned came rather quickly; I was so excited I cashed it out. Now, I am letting the points build up until I have a larger amount – around twenty five or thirty dollars. Then I will cash out again. What I love most about Synovate is being able to review real products sent to me. Not only is that fun, but the products are genuinely useful to me and/or my family. This is a huge positive in addition to the money earned. If I had one teensy complaint it would be in the workers who call to follow up on the product studies. When products are sent to me, I prefer being able to evaluate them online for the followup. Occasionally, Synovate will call instead. This would be fine, except those asking the evaluation questions tend to sound a bit robotic, as if they are reciting from something placed in front of them (which is probably the case!). I would just prefer speaking with someone who sounded a bit more human. Otherwise, no problem.
Yes, I would recommend this site to anyone with an interest not only in surveys but in evaluating products.

If you join only 1 survey this whole year – “Join Synovate!” Not only do I get Paid Surveys, but I also receive Merchandise to try at home – then give my opinion of it in another survey. It would be worth the Merchandise Alone, however, We All Know That there Is Nothing Wrong With Some Cash Too!!

Synovate is a good site; I have been signed up with them for at least five years and have been rewarded . Synovate has very good surveys and very easy to respond to. I would recommend Synovate to anyone as a reputable site for surveys.

I only joined synovate as a survey panelist last January 2011 through reviews I read from getpaidsurveys.com and I can say that I am very much satisfied with the frequency of surveys I received. Though sometimes after answering two questions I got disqualified. But still they credit me some points for the time and effort I gave them.

I havent redeem my rewards yet since my points still have not reach the required number but I believe through the frequency of their surveys at the end of this month I might already redeem my reward.

I’ve been very frustrated with this site, as I barely ever get any surveys. I don’t know if it’s because I’m disabled and not working or what, but I get 1-2 surveys a *month*, if I’m lucky. I’m hoping to eventually get enough points that I can cash out my account for $10 and then I’ll be closing my account.

I have been doing surveys with the site since October and earned $30 so far. The only downside to this group is the length of time to get a check. It has taken up to 8-weeks, but I have also received a check in 5 days. I assume they process the checks in batches.

They surveys are intersting and the site alsways credits points to your account even if you do not qualify for the survey.

I have received products to review for them as well.

For the ammount of time it takes to do the surveys and how interesting they are I would say it is worth joining the site.

Synovate has been one of my favorite survey sites that I am a member of! (I belong to a few). They have sent me three product testing surveys (two shampoo’s (VO5 and a salon brand name) and a set of VERY NICE perfumes. 4 small size glass bottles of them. I loved it all! After completing one of the shampoo surveys I sent it back in the prepaid postage kit and received a check a few weeks later for $50. I just sent back the other two surveys so I will be expecting a check soon. The surveys are FUN and EASY! I love how it shows the survey progress in the top right of all the surveys so I know about how far I have to go. That comes in very convenient for me. They are always interesting, not boring like the others. Website is very well set up, and easy to access and use. I am saving up my points for a big check!

I am having the same problem as the person who commented below me. I have completed many surveys are have only received one check. I have emailed them to try to find out where my other 2 checks our that were mailed mid November. I have got no response. Pretty frustrating. The surveys I received were just for points. Just wish they had better customer service or they are going to loose customers who will do their surveys.

I’m not so sure about this one. I joined over a year ago, worked on some surveys, and did receive my two checks, but it took forever to receive them. Their website says to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of checks, it’s benn 9 WEEKS and still haven’t received a check I ordered on November, 19th 2010. I just contacted them a 3rd time about it (twice by email and third by their 800#), and haven’t received a response yet. My second check I ordered on November 29th, 2010 and I haven’t received that yet, either. I realize there have been holidays within this time period, but I mean come on all the other survey sites I’m on I get my money within 4-5 weeks of requested date. Sometimes sooner. I am going to give Synovate the benefit of the doubt and give them 4 more weeks, and if I don’t receive my two checks within that time frame, them I’m cancelling my account. They are free, so it wouldn’t be a big lose. Otherwise, the surveys were fun to complete but I’m not going to sit and wait for an eternity to receive my checks where I can get paid sooner by other websites.

Update on Synovate! 1/23/2011

Well, surprisingly, I did get a response back from Synovate! A few hours after my phone call from my last post I finally did get a response back from them stating that I wanted an answer as to where were my checks. From the sound of it, it looks like they combined my two $10 checks I requested in November into one $20 check. They claim there has been a delay in mailing the checks, and I should give it a couple of more weeks. Well, that’s fine, but what I don’t understand is why didn’t they just tell me this in email so I know what’s going on. I don’t understand why any company has an email but never responds to your requests, it doesn’t make any sense, but at least they returned my phone call. I’ll update as soon as I receive my checks, or if I don’t, I’ll write about that, too

Synovate is a great and legit survey company which is in my top 10 survey companies.
I joined them one year ago and got $180 from them.It was easy to sign up and I get 1
to 2 survey invitations a week.For each survey you can earn reward points(5000 points=$5) and an entry into monthly sweepstakes.Most of surveys are short and easy to complete.One of the great features about the company is that they provide many PTs and earn more.
Currently they only accept check payment.I expect they provide more payment options like paypal,amazon gc,other gift cards in future.
Overall the survey panel is a good site, not the best, but solid and fun.

I do not recommend at all. I have been waiting for my cheque for a year.
When I have asked where it is I have been told that they will look into it and never hear back from them.

I have been a member of Synovate for a while. They email me surveys on a regular basis and at least half of the time I qualify for the entire survey. Even when you don’t qualify (which usually happens after only a few questions), you are still awarded 100 points which is equivalent to 10 cents. 10 cents may not seem like a lot but it is nice to know that your effort is being rewarded even when you don’t qualify. Most of the surveys do not pay too much but they are user friendly and interesting. Synovate has also sent me some products to test which is always a nice perk. I would definitely recommend joining this site.

Synovate is a good survey site. I have been with them since 2007 and have received a number of products to try such as shampoo, food products, razors and other products. I have had great response when contacting them by e mail. They are prompt and try to solve any issues with a survey. They pay by check and it does take a bit of time to process but not unreasonable. I have cashed out a number of times and have had no problems. Their surveys are interesting and easy to understand and I do not have a problem qualifying as I have had on some other sites. The surveys are sent frequently – a couple of times a week, so your points add up quickly. They pay a nice amount of points for each survey. I have also received a few of their surveys in the mail. They enclosed a postage paid envelope to send it back. It is not the top survey site for getting cash fast but one of my favorite for a company that will take the time to answer your questions and send trial offers and be fair with you. I recommended it to my daughter and she also joined and likes it. Give it a try and I think you will be happy with it.

I’ve been with Synovate Global Opinion Panel since mid-2009. So far, I’ve earned 46,310 points and have redeemed 25,000 points ($25). 5,000 points are required for the minimum payout amount ($5). I’ve had no issues receiving payment (checks) from them and they always pay on time.

They are pretty easy to earn with and I get surveys from them quite frequently. Most of the surveys I’ve taken with them involve product testing, which is always fun to do. I’ve gotten a TON of beauty products from them to try (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup, toothpaste, etc.). Sometimes they send food (like frozen dinners), as well. They tend to send me more lotion than anything else, though, which is nice, but gets a little boring after a while. Even so, I love testing the products they send me. It’s always fun and rewarding.

Just make sure to respond as quickly as possible when you get a follow-up survey on a product. One time I took a few days to answer about a lotion I tried and it told me I “didn’t qualify” when I went to take the follow-up survey. It was still within the allotted time period to answer the survey, but when I emailed support, they told me sometimes this happens and you have to be quick when answering follow-up surveys because sometimes they reach their quota pretty quickly. Not very fair since they sent me the product in the first place to give my opinion, but that’s how it goes sometimes.

As far as how much surveys pay, it ranges from 500-1000 points, which is roughly 50 cents to $1.00. It’s not a lot of money, but it adds up if you get a frequent amount of surveys like I do, and product tests are really the main draw at this site. Some surveys pay more, though, and you usually get points even if you don’t qualify for a survey, which is always nice.

Customer service is pretty mediocre. I’ve emailed them a couple of times about technical issues in surveys I’ve taken, but it takes a long time to get a response (sometimes up to a week or more). By that time, it doesn’t even matter to me anymore. So, they do respond; just not quickly enough to even bother emailing them in the first place.

I definitely recommend Synovate, mainly for the product tests. You don’t get paid a lot, but they do pay and you get to try out a lot of new and exciting products, which is a lot of fun. It’s definitely the best site (in my opinion and experience) for product testing besides perhaps Pinecone Research, which is still good, but the surveys are very infrequent compared to Synovate for me. It’s definitely worth signing up for.

Since joining Synovate in February 2010 I have cashed out (and been paid) 8 times which is fantastic in itself. On top of this I have completed 7 in home product tests. (For those of you new to survey taking an “in home” product test is when the survey company sends you, free of charge and to keep, a new product for your testing). I have found these products to be of the highest quality, extremely useful, and each of them saved me money on my weekly shopping bill as they replaced what I had been buying.

I have taken surveys with this company paying from $0.25 to $10.00 and have qualified for the vast majority. Most of the surveys involving an “in home” product test will pay you for the initial survey and then pay you again for the follow-up survey after using the product, and I certainly couldn’t ask for more than that.

I highly recommend you sign on with Synovate as soon as possible in order to begin enjoying the best of both worlds.

Global Opinion Panel is a great site if you enjoy giving your opinions on new products and concepts and if you like testing products for major companies, like gillette razors, pantene pro V, Kraft, etc…
However if you’re looking to earn big bucks, this isn’t the site for you, as the surveys only come about once a month, are work about 900 points on average. Which means it’ll take about 6 months or so before you’ll reach the 5000 minimum cashout amount for $5.
The nice thing about their surveys, other than the free products is that the surveys only last about 10-15 mins and are very user friendly.

You hardly get any surveys unless they don’t like me lol. I been with them for almost a month and only one survey invitation but they do pay and it looks well professional and dedicated.

I have been a member of Synovate/Global Opinion Panel for over 2 years. Their surveys questions are well written and easy to answer. In addition to answering surveys from Synovate, they’ll sent products to you to evaluate. Synovate survey questions take between 10-20 minutes to answer. The incentives are reasonable as well 5,000 pts = $5.00 which you can request a check and will be mailed out to you. I would recommend Synovate/Global Opinion Panel to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable survey experience.

I have earned $120 with Global Opinion Panel/Synovate since May 2008. Global Opinions Panel is a Top 20 panel that everyone should be a member of. They send out infrequent surveys worth from 100 to 6500 points, but they often send products for testing, which you get to keep. Most surveys are less than 20 minutes long and you can stop in the middle of a survey and return at a later time, picking up right where you left off.

I really like the fact that Synovate has a ‘Completed Surveys’ section where you can check on every survey that you have attempted or completed along with cash outs. They credit you with 50 points for every attempt and the minimum cash out threshold is 5000 points ($5), which is a simple conversion rate to remember. Rewards arrive via check in about six weeks to eight weeks.

For those who are attempting to make a fair bit of change doing surveys, this company is a good one to add to your list of 15-20 companies to subscribe to. While the survey invitations aren’t as frequent as some of the larger, better known panels, Synovate still sends out a handful of surveys each month, and they do a great job of targeting surveys to their consumers to ensure that you qualify for a good percentage of them.

I sometimes have login issues with Synovate, but they usually don’t persist more than a few minutes (and once signed in I’ve never been logged out while taking surveys, so that’s not been a concern). Synovate pays by check, and takes a bit longer to process payment requests than others, but makes up for it by a quick mailing once the check request is approved.

Again, while you won’t make a huge amount of money from this one panel alone, it’s a great company to add to your handful of small but worthwhile panels!

I have been a member of Synovate for about 6 months and I have made about $20. I have requested a check twice and they arrived in about 4 weeks each time which from my experience with survey sites is about average. What I like about Synovate is the surveys in terms of length, topics, and format. The time in takes to complete one is always very reasonable and topics usually are relevant enough to make them fun to complete. The format is always their own design (no OTX, etc) which is very clean and crisp. The frequency of surveys is the one downside of Synovate as I usually receive 1 or 2 per week. However, I qualify for them at a much higher rate then most sites. Synovate will not generate you as much money as other sites but it is certainly worth the time to join.

I have only been part of this panel for about two months and have only answered a few surveys and qualified for almost every one. Do date I have redeemed $20 for 6 surveys. The e-mail invitations do not come very often maybe once a week but with the high completion rate I prefer that than continually trying to qualify like on other sites.
