January was an extremely low-paying month for me, but I think that is mostly my own fault. I had gotten a bit burnt out with taking all the surveys and started to ignore the invitation emails when they came in, so when I did catch up, most had already reached their quota. I also did not take surveys every weekday, but only took surveys a few days a week. I didn’t think it would make that much of a difference, but apparently it did! I will have to buckle back down and work harder on them this month. Over the last two months, my slacking off dropped my earnings from $236.99 (November) to $184.20 (December) to only $69.54 in January. The moral of the story is that if I want to continue to earn anything by taking surveys, I have to spend time at it!

Here is the list of my top five paying survey panels (January 2012):

Opinion Outpost

Total Earned in January: $12.00

Total Earned since Joining: $331.60

Date Joined: December 13, 2010

Opinion Outpost was even more disappointing this month. Part of that is due to the fact that I did not check for new surveys often, and part of that from the fact that when I DID check, I disqualified for a much higher rate than was usual. Their Amazon.com reward option was up for a short time in the middle of the month, but promptly went down again.

Here is a screenshot of my recent Opinion Outpost redemption:

Valued Opinions

Total Earned in January: $7.00

Total Earned since Joining: $15.50

Date Joined: September 21, 2011

I learned something very important about Valued Opinions this month… they do not always send out invitations via email. I logged in yesterday to check my balance, and found FOUR surveys waiting for me. I qualified for some of them, but that was the first time that I had found surveys without getting an email first. It makes me wonder how many others I missed out on by not logging in regularly. The nice thing about Valued Opinions is that every survey seems to have a good reward amount for the time spent. Surveys regularly are for $2 or more, much better than the pennies other companies pay. I still haven’t reached my first $20 payout, but I plan to log in more often and see if I can keep the income coming!

GlobalTestMarket

Total Earned in January: $6.50

Total Earned since Joining: $48.25

Date Joined: November 3, 2011

I thought I would be able to cash out in January, but that didn’t happen. Instead, I found myself at 965 points, THIRTY-FIVE short of being able to cash out! Thankfully, I got a 30 point survey and an extra 20 points from a friend referral on February 1st, and that brought my total up to cashout level! I requested my first check and it should be arriving soon.
Here is a screenshot of the email confirming my cashout request:

MySurvey

Total Earned in January: $6.27

Total Earned since Joining: $22.68

Date Joined: October 17, 2011

I received a few surveys this month, and was able to cash out, and am about a quarter of the way to cashing out again. MySurvey is definitely not one of my favorite sites, though, as I find that the surveys I qualify for tend to have low rewards for the time spent.

Here is a screenshot of my January 2012 MySurvey redemption:

SurveyHead

Total Earned in January: $5.25

Total Earned since Joining: $81.15

Date Joined: November 2, 2011

I spent much less time at SurveyHead than I should this month. Every time that I did log in, there were tons of surveys waiting for me, but most were longer (40 minutes or more) and I didn’t feel I had the time to do them. If I had, this would have been a much better paying month! Regardless, enough of my older pending surveys became available that I was able to request another cashout.

I’m happy to report that my husband was thrilled with the Wii console that I purchased for his Christmas gift with my survey earnings. As a stay-at-home mom, I was also happy to be able to buy him something with “my money,” so it was a win all around. And of course, I can play it while he is at work….

December was a slightly slower month for me. This was mostly due to a lack of time to take surveys, choosing instead to spend time with extended family around Christmas and New Year’s Day. I am certain that I lost at least a week’s worth of surveys because I was not around a computer to take them, and will have the same problem for January’s earnings. I had no product tests once again. However, I did have an additional income of $30 from participation an online community, and a $30 payment for a completed diary study, which brought my December total up to $184.20.

Here is the list of my top five paying survey panels (December 2011):

Opinion Outpost

Total Earned in December: $32.50

Total Earned since Joining: $319.60

Date Joined: December 13, 2010

Opinion Outpost was definitely disappointing this month. They used to pay 20 Opinion Points ($2) for a 20 minute survey, but now they usually pay 15 Opinion Points ($1.50) for a 20 minute survey. In addition, their ability to redeem points for Amazon.com gift cards has been broken all month and this made it more difficult to do my Christmas shopping. I have also been disqualifying from a larger than normal percentage of survey attempts, which concerns me. I was honestly surprised to see that Opinion Outpost remained my number one earner for the month. We’ll see what happens the next few months.

Here is a screenshot of my recent Opinion Outpost PayPal redemptions:

SurveyHead

Total Earned in December: $20.00

Total Earned since Joining: $75.90

Date Joined: November 2, 2011

SurveyHead was another disappointment this month. I had several high-paying ($3 and up) surveys that were pending moved to “invalid,” which means that for whatever reason, I will not be paid for them. SurveyHead is not paid for them either, but it still is frustrating to have that work go for naught. I especially dislike the way that there is no feedback to let you know what is going on, or why it was invalid. Since these were surveys that had been pending for 3+ weeks, there is no way that I would remember the contents of the survey or what might have prompted the invalidation, either. On the plus side, I did receive the $25 payment I requested last month, and requested a second one this month.

Here is a screenshot of my recent SurveyHead PayPal redemption:

Total Earned in December: $12.00

Total Earned since Joining: $41.75

Date Joined: November 3, 2011

I’m getting closer to my first cash-out with GlobalTestMarket. I received a LOT of invitations this month, but many of them were while I was traveling and they filled up before I could respond. I expect that I will be able to cash out in January, though.

Here is a screenshot of my December GlobalTestMarket account balance:

MyView

Total Earned in December: $8.68

Total Earned since Joining: $50.23

Date Joined: September 21, 2011

My main issue with MyView is that the rewards that I want (Amazon.com gift cards) are hardly ever available. Their reward system has rewards available at certain times until they are sold out, then unavailable until they are restocked. I have to keep checking and hoping to find them available. On the plus side, the exchange rate is better for Amazon.com gift cards than for most of the other rewards, so when I am able to cash out, I’ll get better reward for my time.

Here is a screenshot of my recent MyView account balance:

MySurvey

Total Earned in December: $5.77

Total Earned since Joining: $15.05

Date Joined: October 17, 2011

I didn’t receive many surveys that I qualified for at MySurvey, but again missed many invitations due to travel. Hopefully this will do better next month.

November was another slow month for me in survey land. I was a bit busier than normal due to school and the holidays, so I didn’t have as much time as I would have liked to focus on more surveys. I could not find any Invokes this month, which is a shame, but I did get quite a few survey invitations that I qualified for. I also received several product tests (mainly a lot of snack foods and some personal care products) from MySurvey, Synovate, Global Test Market, and Opinion Outpost.

My top earners for November are MySurvey, Valued Opinions, Opinion Outpost, Global Test Market, and E-Rewards. I have not been earning as much with Opinion Outpost since their merging with SSI (Survey Sampling International), which is a disappointment. However, I am still doing quite well with MySurvey, Valued Opinions, and E-Rewards. Global Test Market sends me a lot of surveys, but I can’t seem to qualify for as many of them anymore, although I still earn a good amount each month. Although November was slow, hopefully I will have more time in December to devote to survey-taking and maybe find some online focus groups if I’m lucky.

Rankings are based mainly on what I earned for the month from each survey company, as well as the number of survey invites.

Here are my current top five earners for November:

I am receiving survey invitations that I qualify for from MySurvey more than any other survey panel recently. Although point values differ from survey to survey, it all adds up in a hurry. I also took part in a week-long beverage survey during November that paid 400 points and I received a couple of snack food products to evaluate. I recently cashed out with them and received the Amazon.com gift card in a week. It was a little slower than normal to cash out, but I think it was because of the holidays, which is to be expected.

I still like taking surveys with Valued Opinions. They remind me a lot of MySurvey in that their surveys are more enjoyable (in my opinion) and technical issues are rare. I received a lot of surveys from them in November that I qualified for, although many I did not (mainly because I got to them too late and they already had full quotas). I also cashed out with them recently for a $20 Amazon.com gift card. Payment arrived immediately in my email inbox, which I love about this panel. I am very close to cashing out for another $20 Amazon.com gift card, which will hopefully happen in early December.

Now that I’ve had more time to take surveys with Opinion Outpost since their merger, I can’t say I’m very impressed with them. I get a lot of survey invitations, but they fill up quickly or I don’t qualify. Some surveys offer very little points for the time invested (one survey invitation I received in November listed the point value being 10 points for 90 minutes, which is just plain ridiculous).

I also get really tired of answering the same screening questions over and over again (like they have on SurveySpot). Sometimes they ask up to ten questions with multiple answers, which takes far too long to fill out. These should be addressed in profile surveys or at least the answers should be saved so I don’t have to keep answering the same question over and over again every time I want to attempt to take a survey. Opinion Outpost did that at times before the merger, but not to this degree. It’s just very annoying and makes me not want to bother taking surveys with them sometimes because it’s so time-consuming. It’s just frustrating to me.

In better news, at least their “Take A Survey” button is fixed on the website and cashing out with PayPal is easy and immediate (like SurveySpot). I was worried because some people were having issues cashing out via PayPal, so I cashed out a little earlier than normal in November just to make sure there would be no problems. I just confirmed my PayPal email address with them and the money was sent to my account immediately. I really prefer PayPal to checks, so at least that’s a good aspect of the new website. It does seem they removed the Amazon.com gift card option the last time I checked, though, which is a shame because I also like the option of Amazon.com gift cards if I need something there. PayPal is probably good enough for me, though.

Also, thankfully, the reward structure is the same, so points are worth the same amount of money. I am very glad they didn’t change this and I hope it stays that way.

Unless things improve with Opinion Outpost, I don’t see them being in my top 5 for much longer. I think they will remain in my top 10, but not my top 5. I don’t qualify for their surveys that often anymore and don’t receive many high-paying ones, so I am doubtful about my future with them. I know others have mixed feelings about the merger; some love it, others hate it. For myself, I really prefer the old Opinion Outpost. It was a lot simpler to use and I had a better success rate for qualifying for surveys.

I received a lot of surveys this month from Global Test Market, though it was hard to qualify for a lot of them. At least I’m getting more surveys (even if I don’t qualify for most) since there was a time in recent months where I hardly got anything from them at all. I’ve noticed many are worth more points now, too (many 50-60 point ones are out there). I was also FINALLY able to cash out for a $50 check, which I did recently and am currently waiting on for it to arrive, which usually takes about a month.

I still love E-Rewards for all the surveys I get from them and the GameStop gift card option. I received a lot of surveys from them in November that I qualified for. I cashed out for another $25 GameStop gift card in November and am close to cashing out for another one in December. I received the gift card within a week; I really love their quick service. If you’re a gamer, definitely check out E-Rewards for the GameStop gift card option. The majority of their surveys have nothing to do with video games, though. For me, the topics mainly include food, restaurants, shopping habits, and electronics. You also get a small amount of money if you don’t qualify for a survey, so that’s a plus.

Sadly, I was not invited to test any products this month. I did, however, qualify for two usage diaries and one online community, which will each pay either $25 or $30 when completed. The online community requires me to log in once a week at my convenience and give feedback about a major toy company’s product ideas, which is definitely fun. As a side note, if you want to learn more about those special survey types, I highly recommend you sign up for the free seven day ecourse on this site, as day 6 goes over special survey opportunities.

I decided to add a few panels to my list this last month, and I am very glad that I did. The handful of new panels I added brought in over $110, and when you add what I earned from my previous panels, my total for November was $236.99. This is especially impressive because I took quite a few days off over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The extra money allowed me to pick up a Wii for my husband’s Christmas gift. (Shh! Don’t tell!)

Here is the list of my top five paying survey panels (November 2011):

Opinion Outpost

Once again, Opinion Outpost topped my list. As Opinion Outpost rolled out their new site, there have been numerous glitches, but despite that, I earned more this month than I did last month. I usually cash out frequently. I love that when I cash out, I get my payment instantly!

Here is a screenshot of my recent Opinion Outpost PayPal redemptions:

SurveyHead was one of the new panels I added this month. I was surprised at just how much I earned in such a short time. As most of the reviews say, it can take a while for the money earned to move from “pending” to “earned” status, but even so, $34.40 of my earnings cleared by the end of the month, and I’ve requested my first $25 payout. I don’t mind waiting a little while to get paid, as long as I get paid well!

Here is a screenshot of my recent Surveyhead redemption:

This was another new panel for me this month. I have not actually received a payment from GlobalTestMarket yet, because of their high cashout threshold of $50. However, I was greatly pleased to see how much I earned so much in the first month I was with them. If this continues, I should be able to cash out by Christmas.

Here is a screenshot of my recent GlobalTestMarket points balance:

Total Earned since Joining: $41.55

MyView is in the “slow and steady” category for me, I suppose. They don’t pay out very much per month, but the little bits add up. My last cashout was back in October, but I’m within a few surveys of being able to cash out again.

Here is a screenshot of my last MyView cash-out of a $20 Think Geek gift certificate :

Total Earned since Joining: $10.50

Date Joined: November 7, 2011

SurveySpot was another of my new panels this month. The company that owns SurveySpot recently bought out Opinion Outpost. As a result, most of the same surveys are available at both sites, but Opinion Outpost pays twice the amount for the same survey. I ended up not taking very many surveys at SurveySpot because I didn’t want to mess up my chances of being paid more at OpinionOutpost, but it would be relatively easy to double my earnings at this site.

Here is a screenshot of my last SurveySpot PayPal cash redemption for $10:

October was somewhat slow for me like previous months have been, but I did manage to complete a lot of surveys. I received a lot of different product test (including food and personal care products) and completed an Invoke focus group for $20.00 on a new survey panel I’m a member of called OneOpinion.

My top earners for October include Opinion Outpost, OneOpinion, Valued Opinions, MySurvey, and Global Test Market. I earned very little from Toluna and SurveyHead last month, so they did not make the list. For the ones in my top five, I think I did pretty well, all things considering.

Rankings are based mainly on what I earned for the month from each survey company, as well as the number of survey invites.

Here are my current top five earners for October:

Opinion Outpost

Total Earned Since Joining: $631.00

Total Earned in October: $20.00

Last Payment Requested: $53.30 check on September 30, 2011/li>

Joined: August 12, 2008

Here is screenshot of my last cash request payout for $53.30.

I did fairly well with Opinion Outpost in October. I received several surveys a week paying about 10-25 points each and qualified for most of them. I took part in one product test and a breakfast diary survey, which gave me more points than usual.

Unfortunately (for me, at least), Opinion Outpost just recently underwent some changes due to their merging with SSI (Survey Sampling International), which also owns Survey Spot (a survey company I don’t think very highly of and have not done well with for about a year). For me and many others, this is bad news. Survey Spot has gone downhill the past few years and now that Opinion Outpost is owned by the same company, this doesn’t give me a very good feeling.

As for some of the changes to Opinion Outpost, the website layout has been changed to look very much like Survey Spot (except the colors and logo), there is now a prize draw for every survey you complete, and they now have PayPal with a $10 minimum payout. I really do like the PayPal option (payment is much quicker and I honestly hate dealing with cashing checks), so that is one thing I like. You do have to verify your account, though. Also, they have thankfully kept the Amazon.com reward option, which I have used a lot in the past. I have yet to cash out under the new system, but plan on doing so at the end of November.

Also, thankfully, the reward structure is the same, so points are worth the same amount of money. I am very glad they didn’t change this and I hope it stays that way.

Only time will tell how Opinion Outpost fairs with these new changes. I am really hoping they do not turn into Survey Spot (with all its low-paying surveys and technical problems), which is what I fear. So far, I’ve noticed a decrease in the number of surveys I’m getting and technical issues (such as the “Take a Survey” tab on the website not working sometimes) seem more prevalent (which is to be expected with the change). I am hoping to have more to report next month as I get more surveys from them and they work out the kinks in the new website. For now, I have updated all my profiles to see if that does any good and I get more surveys because of it.

OneOpinion is a new survey panel that I recently registered with in late August. Although I don’t get many surveys from them that pay a lot, I did receive an invitation for an Invoke focus group that paid $20.00, so that’s a good sign. The money was credited to my account within a week or so, which was pretty fast. I am in the process of cashing out with them (minimum cash-out is $25.00), but since they are a new panel, they are still working on automatic cash-outs. In the meantime, you have to email them to request a cash-out, which I’m currently waiting on. They seem like a good company and I hope I receive more Invokes from them in the future.

I’m still receiving a lot of surveys each week from MySurvey. I really do enjoy taking their surveys since they merged with Lightspeed several months ago. I qualify for the majority that I receive and I don’t find them super boring or long to complete. Technical problems are rare, too. I received a couple more product tests from them in October, as well. I’m close to cashing out again, so I will be doing that in November if all goes well.

I earned several surveys a week from Valued Opinions in October, most of which I qualified for. Payment per survey ranged from $1.50 to $5.00. Most of the topics revolve around food and personal care products for me. Like MySurvey, I tend to enjoy taking their surveys, unlike some other survey panels. I like the layout of most of the surveys and I don’t find them super tedious or long in most cases. I’m very close to cashing out again, which I will be doing in November.

I received a lot more invitations from Global Test Market in October. Although I still have trouble qualifying for many of them, I did manage to get invited to participate in a few product test surveys and completed a few larger 60-point surveys. I am very close to cashing out, which will hopefully happen in November. I haven’t cashed out with them since June due to their $50.00 minimum payout (which I still greatly dislike), so it will be nice to be able to finally cash out again.

October was an interesting month for my survey panels. I’ve been taking surveys for just over a year, and have added several panels in the last couple months. In October, most of the panels that normally give me surveys dropped down to having nearly nothing. My lowest panel, which normally has a lot of surveys, got me only one survey disqualification, for a whopping 10 cents! One survey panel picked up the slack and more than made up for the rest, though. I plan to try a few new survey panels over the next few months and will report the results.

I also was able to participate in a few product trials in October, like frozen breakfast food and shampoo, and have qualified for a few other product trials that are to be shipped to me to use later in November. I always enjoy getting to try new things, and my husband likes the way the new shampoo smells, so that’s a bonus.

Here is my current top five paid surveys list (October 2011)

Opinion Outpost

Total Earned in October: $63.50

Total Earned Since Joining: $219.60

Joined: December 13, 2010

I had earned a small but steady income at Opinion Outpost, but they have offered me many more (and higher-paying) surveys over the last few months as they have been beginning to offer the new surveys and move towards the site merger. In October, they rolled out their new site design and a lot of changes. They are still having technical difficulties that have left their support team overwhelmed, but even so, I’ve managed to complete a lot of surveys and they were my #1 moneymaker for October.

Here is a screenshot of my last Opinion Outpost redemption for an Amazon Gift Card:

Opinion Place

Total Earned in October: $11.00

Total Earned Since Joining: $33.00

Joined: June 22, 2011

Opinion Place is a different survey panel. They only allow you to take one survey per week, and it is up to you to log on and take it. If you don’t qualify for a survey that day, you can try again the next day. Most surveys pay $1-$5, and last less than 25 minutes. These surveys have the best return for the time spent, and pay quickly. I get my rewards as Amazon.com gift certificates (though PayPal is also available, and I am considering switching to that after Christmas), and while they say 3-4 weeks until you receive your reward, most arrive in 1-2 weeks. Excellent customer service as well.

MyView

Total Earned in October: $9.38

Total Earned Since Joining: $27.16

Total Redeemed to Date: $20.00

Joined: September 21, 2011

It is a little difficult to calculate exact earnings at MyView, since they are on a variable point system. You earn points, but the points do not have a strict exchange rate with money. Most items are redeemable for about 1,400 points per dollar, (which is what I use for my calculations) but some are more or less, and saving up points to redeem later can benefit you in the long run.

Here is a screenshot of my last MyView cash-out of a $20 Think Geek gift certificate :

Ipsos i-Say

Total Earned in October: $6.80

Total Earned Since Joining: $57.35

Total Redeemed to Date: $50.00

Joined: January 26, 2011

I received a lot of survey invitations from Ipsos I-Say this month, and disqualified from most of them. Apparently they don’t need people in my demographic at the moment, hopefully that will pick up soon. If not, I’ll stop spending time with them.

MySurvey

Total Earned This Quarter: $1.63

Total Earned Since Joining: $1.63

Joined: October 2011

Obviously, I only joined this panel at the end of the month, so shouldn’t expect to receive a lot. One interesting thing was that even though I registered and got an account on October 17th, I did not receive a confirmation email until October 22nd, and my first survey wasn’t until October 25th. So, the $2 I earned was done in only a few days. I’ll be interested to see what happens this month, as I have already received a bunch of survey invitations. They also did not seem to have a bunch of profiles to fill out at the beginning, but have been doling the profiles out a few at a time over the last week or so.

I’ve changed my “Top 5″ format to be a little closer to the other bloggers on this site, since as time goes on, it’s clear that my top sites overall may not accurately reflect what’s hot currently. So this quarter, I’m focusing specifically on what I was actually paid by all panels just in the last three months. As usual, my ‘real life job’ kept me from focusing on surveys certain weeks, so my list reflects my three month totals of taking surveys ‘part time’!

This quarter, I was paid $362.10. While most of that came from surveys as usual, I also made an almost surprising amount of cash from on-going forum invites and sweepstakes wins. Like many of the other bloggers have mentioned, I didn’t have much luck on invokes until just recently: I just found out I landed a clinical trial that pays $500! I had my first visit yesterday, and am looking forward to the project!

My Current Top Five Paid Surveys List (October 2011)

GlobalTestMarket

Total Earned This Quarter: $50.00

Total Earned Since Joining: $62.75

Joined: November 25, 2009

Global Test Market has always run in spurts for me, and for awhile I was wondering if I was ever going to cash out – I had been sitting at just a few points of cashing out for months! But suddenly, all that changed, and within the last few weeks, not only have I cashed out, but I’m already well on my way to my next payment! Been a good quarter for Global Test Market for me!

Opinion Outpost

Total Earned This Quarter: $40.10

Total Earned Since Joining: $79.00

Joined: November 25, 2009

I’ll say it every time I post about this panel – always, always, always keep your profiles up to date! I updated mine immediately after moving this summer, and was slammed with new surveys that I qualified for and completed. Like others have mentioned, I have noticed a slight drop in points offered lately, but overall the time spent is still worth the reward. (FYI – I actually did win a dollar on that slot machine game once last month, too!) The new PayPal payment system allows for lower cash-out levels and is immediate – I had the money in my account in a matter of minutes.

Here is a screenshot of my last Opinion Outpost cash-out for $19.30 via PayPal:

Toluna

Total Earned This Quarter: $40.00

Total Earned Since Joining: $140.95

Joined: November 26, 2009

As others have noted, the points on this panel keep going down…I’m barely finding any surveys that pay over a dollar (3,000 points), so I’m being very choosy about which ones I take. The only redeeming (for me) quality is all of the quick surveys they offer for a few points – I do these when I’m at work and don’t have enough time to take a full-blown survey, but want to make a few extra cents while I’m sitting at my desk. I find that I can make anywhere from 500-1000 points a day on average with those, just by clicking on a few answers while I down my coffee.

Here is a screenshot of my last Toluna cash-out of $20 (60000 points):

Surveyhead

Total Earned This Quarter: $25.00

Total Earned Since Joining: $82.20

Joined: January 10, 2010

I still have a love-hate relationship with this panel. While Surveyhead by far offers more surveys per day than pretty much any other panel, I’m frequently frustrated by the poor customer support, and the seemingly erratic “invalids” I’m amassing on my account. To be honest, I’m half-way afraid of continuing, as I’m sure I’m only an arbitrary “invalid” away from having my account dumped. So while I do make a fair amount of cash on this panel (in fact, I just got a hefty chunk of change for completing a several week diary on my beer drinking habits, as well as a $50 sweepstakes win from a panel I joined through Surveyhead), I’m finding myself only coming here after I’m done with my more stable top-tier panels.

Here is a screenshot of my last SurveyHead cash-out for $25:

Synovate

Total Earned This Quarter: $15.00

Total Earned Since Joining: $25.76

Joined: November 25, 2009

While Synovate came in at number five monetarily, don’t let it fool you – it’s saved me more than double that in product tests! If you’re looking specifically for product tests, this is the place to be. I’ve landed half a dozen great product tests over the last few weeks – everything from frozen dinners and protein shakes, to perfumes and shampoo. I’ve been really lucky to get to try out a lot of products that have been absolutely relevant to me and my family…and thus saving me a few bucks on my grocery trips!

Here is a screenshot of my last three Synovate cash-outs for $15 (15000 points):

Here is my Top Five Survey list for the month of October 2011. This month I included recent check and PayPal scans I received from several of the survey panels in my top 5.

My Current Top Five Paid Surveys List (October 2011)

GlobalTestMarket

Total Earned Since Joining: $979.90

Total Earned This Month: $115.00

Monthly Average since joining: $22.25

Last Payment Received: $50.50 check on September 9, 2011

Joined: March 1, 2008

In October I completed 18 surveys for 2300 points ($115), including a 1500-point ($75) phone interview on electronics. Here is a check scan of my last GlobalTestMarket payment received.

Opinion Outpost

Total Earned Since Joining: $1087.80

Total Earned in September: $54.80

Monthly Average Since Joining: $25.07

Last Payment Received: $57.70 check on October 4, 2011

Joined: February 4, 2008

In October I completed 28 surveys for 548 points ($54.80). I am concerned with the increasing ratio of 10-point ($1) surveys to others. Last month 16 of the 28 surveys I completed were for 10 points ($1) or less. Opinion Outpost has now merged with SurveySpot, which means all of the surveys now come from the same company; however, Opinion Outpost has added PayPal and now allows you to cash out at $10. Here is a scan of the last several payments I redeemed from Opinion Outpost.

SurveySpot

Total Earned Since Joining: $739

Total Earned This Month: $33

Monthly Average Since Joining: $16.80

Last Payment Received: $50 PayPal on October 8, 2011

Joined: January 30, 2008

In October I completed seven surveys for 3300 points ($33), including an Invoke for 2000 points ($20). Here is a screen capture of my last PayPal payment from SurveySpot.

Toluna

Total Earned Since Joining: $727

Total Earned This Month: $20

Monthly Average Since Joining: $16.16

Last Payment Received: $20 check on August 26, 2011

Last Payment Requested: $20 on October 12, 2011

Joined: February 11, 2008

This site requires the most amount of time and effort relative to my earnings. I am now skipping all surveys for less than 3000 points ($1). I completed two 150,000-point ($30) Invokes, which have not yet been credited to my account. Here is a scan of my last payment from Toluna.

MySurvey

Total Earned Since Joining: $770

Total Earned This Month: $9.45

Monthly Average: $17.56

Last Payment Received: $10 PayPal on October 25, 2011

Joined: February 2, 2008 2008

In October I completed 13 surveys out of 31 attempted for 995 points ($9.45). Five (5) points are awarded for survey disqualifications. This survey site is much better when the free test products are considered; however, I am beginning to wonder why I bother with so many 20, 30 and 50-point (45 cents) surveys.

Here is my Top Five Survey list for the month of September 2011. This month I decided to include the actual recent checks I received from several of the survey panels from my top 5: Opinion Outpost, GlobalTestMarket, and Toluna.

My Current Top Five Paid Surveys List (September 2011)

Joined: February 4, 2008

In September I completed 33 surveys for 446 points ($44.60). I currently have 310 points ($31) credited. I am concerned with the increasing ratio of 10-point ($1) surveys to others. Last month 23 of the 33 surveys I completed were for 10 points ($1) or less.
