A Few Words from the Surveyhead Support Team

by admin on March 10, 2010

in General

After receiving several negative reviews on our site concerning late payments from Surveyhead, we contacted United Sample (the owner of the Surveyhead Panel) for an explanation. We had so many positive reviews in the past for Surveyhead, that we felt that there must be an explanation for the late payments.

Here are a few words concerning late payments from Jessica Ceron, a Customer Service Specialist with United Sample:

“United Sample would like to say a few words to those who are most important-Our panel. We have made some staffing changes as well as revamping customer service so conflict resolution and payments are expedited. We would like to apologize for the delay in recent payments due to the changes and are working hard to ensure your faith in us as we catch up! United Sample’s goal is to respond faster than any market research firm in the near future and we are placing the cogs in place to achieve this! Growth always takes time and we’re more than appreciative of your valued time and patience!”

We have already worked with United Sample to settle two payment issues from our site visitors and they were prompt and sincere in their response. For those that do not know you can contact their support team at: support@surveyhelpcenter.com.

It appears that they are going through a little rough patch right now on support, as their panel has grown so rapidly in the last year, but I trust that they value their members, and will work to resolve any unsettled issues.

I’m also a Surveyhead member. I completed numerous surveys, requested cash out payment. It took over 10 weeks to get the funds after sending 4 emails to the support address. My 4th email was very irate, which is when I finally got a response.

Presently, I have another pending cash out request which was requested over 6 weeks ago. Unless the customer service gets better in the future, you may lose a lot of loyal members.

I am a Surveyhead member. I trust this site but it really disappoints me at the same time. Ever since I joined this panel I have received only two or three survey invitations. It’s been nearly 5 months since I have received a survey invitation. Am I not recognized as a member? Why am I being ignored? Why do I never get any survey?? I really want to work and earn sincerely. But this is really disappointing.

Not sure if you have tried sending an email to the support team. But if not, I would suggest that you send an email to support@surveyhelpercenter.com and ask for the status of your account. Be sure to include your name and email address in the email.

I am a member of this and a couple other survey sites. I’ve tried to cash in some of my funds available but PayPal is not one of the rewards on the list. It shows up as one of them on the “about us” section. I’ve emailed everyone and never got a response. When I clicked above on the help center it said “default mail not set up”. What can I do? I like taking the surveys but I’d like to get something out of them too.

Dear Larry,

Sorry to hear that you were having issues trying to reach us. I know it’s been a couple of months since you were facing this issue and would like to know if you ever got a hold of us? I would like to clarify that we do offer PayPal but you need $25 in order to cash out. We have introduced a new rewards system that has lowered the cash out threshold for those who wish to cash out sooner. If you have any other questions you can contact us at support@surveyhelpcenter.com

i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET PAID SINCE aUGUST. aFTER RETURNING FROM A TWO MONTH VACATION, IWAS SURE MY $25. WOULD BE READY TO CASH OUT. INSTEAD MY LAST TWO SURVEYS HAD DISAPPEARED AND I STILL HADN’T BEEN CREDITED FOR SEVERAL SURVEYS DATING BACK AS LONG AS JANUARY. TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE MISSING SURVEY ISSUE ACKNOWLEDGED BUT STILL COULDN’T CASH OUT BECAUSE THEY PUT THE LOUSY $2.00 IN PAYPAL SO IT NO LONGER COUNTED TOWARD A CASHOUT. GOT A FEW MORE SURVEYS AND CASHED OUT 4 WEEKS AGO. REPEATEDLY ASKED THEM TO VALIDATE THE PAY-PAL CONSIDERING THEY IGNORED MY ACCOUNT FOR 9 MONTHS ALREADY. SENT NUMEROUS E-MAILS GOT A FEW REPLIES. LAST ONE SAID SHE WOULD ABSOLUTELY MAKE SURE I GOT IT THRU THIS WEEK. IT’S WEDNESDAY AND NOTHING. WHAT A PAIN.

Gloria,

The PayPal option is still there. You will find it on the last page under the $25 payout menu.

You can request a PayPal cash out via the Surveyhead member’s panel. Have you tried requesting payout via the member’s area?

Hi Lee,
In response to your question, No, I have not been receiving Surveyhead surveys either. I’ve been a member for almost two years, and used to always receive lots of surveys from them. They were one of my top 3 earners. Now, nothing. I’ve written many times about surveys that were not credited, and usually get a generic response that doesn’t address my issue, or my emails are ignored. I’ve heard of others who have quit receiving their surveys also. I wonder what’s up with Surveyhead?
Merry Christmas to Everyone !!

Jessica explained to me that if you have more than two “Invalid” surveys they will discontinue your account for quality control purposes, but after examining my long history with Surveyhead, she restored my account. I don’t think I missed more than $25-50 worth of survey earnings, but Surveyhead did slip from #4 to #8 on my my Master List as a result of being unsubscribed without notice.

Hi Jessica,
Thank you! I’d appreciate it if you would look into this for me.
Besides the surveys that were not credited, and no longer receiving surveys, I also have some surveys I completed that have been pending for over a year.
Also, I went to cash out my money last night, but there was not a cash out button as usual. There was no way to cash out! I have much more than the minimum cash out amount.
I will be reaching out to you next week.
Have a safe and merry Christmas! (and the same to all!)

Hi Jessica,
Thank you for following up! Unfortunately, nothing’s changed. There is still no pay out button whatsoever on my rewards page. I’m still not getting surveys. The surveys that have been pending for over a year are still pending. The surveys that were not credited are still not credited. I would really like to cash out my money, and it is quite a bit more than the minimum required. I will write to you at the email address you have provided this week.
Have a great day,

hi..i’m a member of the survey head, i was wondering if it would be possible that if some of my relatives will signup would consider since we just live in 1 compound, thus sharing same home address but lives in separates houses?

I believe it is just one account per residential address, but I would suggest contacting the Surveyhead Support team for clarification. Here is their support email: support@surveyhelpcenter.com

You can have multiple people in the same household join the SurveyHead panel as long as each one has their own unique account. Since we don’t ask for your home address this does not interfere.

from their website & another window opens & asks me to put in my user name & password
but tells me it doesn’t recognize my log in. The survey will end soon , please help.

I also have a completed survey ( # QG50053) from 10/24/10 that is still pending

Hello,

I have tried to cash out last week but my cash out button is nowhere to be found.
I have over 30 dollars in available funds and I’ve cashed out fine twice before with no problems, but this time the button is not there.
Also, I think something is going on with my account, I have not received any surveys lately and I used to get them very frequently, please check into this and e-mail me back.
I have also e-mailed surveyhead about this a week ago and received no response.

Thank you

Hi Jessica,
I have been a Survey Head member for about 2 years now. Last year I had to go to Tenn. to help with my grandmother who had lung cancer. She passed over a month ago and I will be going back home in a few weeks. In the mean time I have tried to cash out with Survey Head and find more surveys, but there haven’t been any surveys for a while and there is no cash out button. I did read that you re-vamped your staff and system while things fell behind. I can understand that, but I think my account may have fallen through the cracks somehow and was wondering if you could help in any way. Yours has always been my favorite survey panel and when I had an issue or questions in the past, your customer service was always very prompt with helpful replies. I’m sorry I haven’t had time in the past few months(more than a few actually) to take surveys and hope you can resolve this so I can continue.
Sincerely,
Brian

Theresa,

Once you have a minimum of $25 in your account you can redeem for cash via PayPal. They also have prizes at lower redemption levels if you want prizes other than cash. To access the rewards page you just need to login to the members area and then click the rewards tab and the green cash out button. Hope that helps. Also, Jessica with Surveyhead did reply to your email on the blog (see a few comments above). You can reach her at jessica@surveyhead.com if you need further assistance.

Thanks

Hi Theresa,

Joe is right. Please go to your “rewards” tab click on “cash out” set the scroll bar to the $25 category. You will be able to find Paypal, Amazon, iTunes among other rewards here. Select the reward you are interested in and click on “proceed to check out”. If you continue to have issues cashing out please reach out to me so that I may look into your account.

Hi Randy,

The minimum cash out level is $1.50 but in order to cash out through Paypal you need to reach a balance of $25. You can take a look at the rewards catalog to see what other rewards we offer and in what categories.

But Rules are rules, so go easy on Jessica because she is the best at Surveyhead I have spoken with her more then once and she always comes through.
